Learning is not restricted to the classroom in IES Foundation Year. A schedule of events keep the students interested, informed and entertained with after class activities as well as weekend, evening and holiday events. These activities are designed to help students socialise and meet people and experience the Australian culture. From barbeques and bushwalks, to theme parks and zoos, anything you’d like to try is possible.

With the wide diversity of students studying IES Foundation Year, learning more about each other’s culture is important too. Events such as the International Food Day and the Music Festival are a great way of discovering more about the world we share.

Activities include:

Sports competitions, 10-pin bowling, museum, cinema and theatre visits, restaurant visits, international food day, barbeques, student ball and graduation ceremonies.
