PIER

Professional International Education Resources (PIER) is a division of IES and offers a range of professional development opportunities for people working in international education, including online courses. 

PIER also provides international education professionals with an extensive collection of resources and research reports, a daily news service, links to relevant organisations, workshops and presentations for industry groups.

Agents who have completed the EATC are listed on the public Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) database. The Education Agent Training course is supported by the Australian Government, and PIER works with government departments to ensure course content is current and accurate.
