PIER

Professional International Education Resources (PIER) is a division of IES and offers a range of professional development opportunities for people working in international education, including online courses that have been accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework.  PIER also provides international education professionals with an extensive collection of resources and research reports, a daily news service, a jobs boards, links to relevant organisations, workshops and presentations for industry groups.

Agents who have completed the EATC are listed on the public Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) database. The Education Agent Training course is supported by the Australian Government, and PIER works with government departments to ensure course content is current and accurate.
